Since the departure of the long-standing CEO Horst Bruhnke, Bremskerl has being managed by the duo Stefan Purbs and Meik Philipsen.

From the second quarter of 2024, Bremskerl will be managed by a duo. The duo will share the tasks as follows: Purbs will be responsible for the company as technical director and Philipsen as commercial director.
Stefan Purbs is responsible for the areas of sales, product management, development and production, while Meik Philipsen oversees the areas of finance, personnel, procurement, quality management and IT/organisation. He also manages the BREMSKERL subsidiaries.
After stepping down from his role as CEO, Horst Bruhnke will continue to serve the company as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
